DESIGN NOTES

I

This month, minimal and serene bedrooms have absolutely taken over my Pinterest feed. Long, drapey linen coverlets are a major theme here as are muted, under-saturated colors. Here are some of my favorites.

I discovered artist Lina Gordievsky on Pinterest and am coveting every single one of her pieces. Check out her available pieces on her website HERE.

III

I have been given the incredible honor of getting to influence the exterior architecture on my French Contemporary New Build Project. Architectural elements I'm loving right now are super-high, steeply-sloped roofs, sloped rooflines, floor-to-ceiling windows with delicate grids, and decorative gable vents. DISCOVERIES

After the holidays, I tend to enter more of a minimal state of mind. I start to purge and get rid of anything that doesn't have value. This month, I'm gravitating toward items that spark joy just by looking at them. A black cardigan with rhinestone buttons, a hammered metal magazine holder, brutalist vases and bobbin frames are just a few of the things that caught my eye this month.
